This is an entry to
 's contest "Historical periods", which I want to share with you in st.Valentine's day.I my culture, the ancient philosophy is mostly associated with Ancient Greece, so the archetype of a lazy philosopher makes ne think about the greek apmosphere. From the other hand, the archetype of a strong-willed warrior-woman is associated with Amazons. These two points have lead me straight to this picture  I wanted to make a lightfull, joyfull picture to V-day: these two are very young, full of strength and energy, and they have all their life before them to enjoy it. My next pairing entry will be pretty different %) When I started it, I didn't know that there will be another entry, based upon the Ancient History  - I'm sorry to repeat it Watercolour.
